Uses

Main line Water Control:

• Installed on main irrigation lines to control or shut off water to entire sections of a system.
• Ideal for high-flow zones, as the 2” size allows substantial water throughput.

Zone Isolation:

• Used to isolate individual zones or fields for maintenance or seasonal shutoff.
• Helps prevent unnecessary downtime in other zones during repairs or upgrades

Pump and Filter Bypass:

• Commonly placed upstream or downstream of pumps, filters, or fertigation units.
• The union joint makes it easy to disconnect equipment without cutting the pipe.

Drainage and Flushing:

• Allows easy opening of pipelines for flushing or draining sediment and debris in large-scale drip systems.

Reliable Flow Regulation:

• Though not a throttling valve, it provides full open/close flow regulation.
• The PVC body is suitable for use with water and mild chemicals used in fertigation.
